Waste disposal
News – JarovII
As of 7.7.2025, containers for common municipal waste and sorted waste are now located in a locked parking space, see photo.
Access is enabled via electronic locks and access cards (ISIC and others) for SÚZ employees and all residents of the Jarov II dormitory.
The goal is to ensure free capacity in containers for residents of the dormitory and to prevent residents of nearby buildings from using these containers.
Therefore, it is important to keep these spaces closed and locked, and the space is monitored by a camera system.
At the same time, the dormitory rules have been updated, which, among other things, in point 3.1.5 prohibit throwing sorted and municipal waste in containers other than those located at the SÚZ VŠE places in Prague. Placing sorted and municipal waste outside containers or in containers belonging to other people that are not reserved for accommodated persons and/or are not located at the locations reserved by the SÚZ VŠE in Prague will be considered a gross violation of the dormitory rules.
